Software

PLEASE NOTE! Unless otherwise specified, all software is copyrighted and may NOT be duplicated.

Lotus 1-2-3 Millennium Edition (Windows1 - Windows10)
The rival to Microsoft Excel, Lotus 1-2-3 takes full advantage of the Windows graphical-user environment while preserving the original DOS slash-key interface for people whose minds are trapped in the 1980's. We are using Release 9.5.

Microsoft Internet Explorer
Cruise the information superhighway with Microsoft's ubiquitous hyptertext tool. For the rules of the road, see our Policy Statement on Public Use of Internet Resources.

Microsoft Office Professional 2003 (Windows1 - Windows10)
Microsoft Office Professional 2007
(GAL11 - GAL13)
The learning curve from Office 2003 to Office 2007 is steeper than that from Windows XP to Vista. Newcomers will have an easier time of it than people who thought they knew Office.

Excel
Spreadsheet accounting the Microsoft way. Keep a ledger, track your gas mileage, or discover trends by creating charts and graphs.

Powerpoint
Combine text, sound, graphics, and animation in a electronic slide show that will wow your audience.

Publisher
Create your own banners, brochures, business cards, flyers, greeting cards, postcards, signs, and more.

Word
Use this powerful word processer for letters, manuscripts, resumes, reports, and other text-intensive documents.

Symantec AntiVirus
A computer virus is a hostile program which copies itself from disk to disk, doing damage as it grows. Symantec AntiVirus can diagnose and disarm virus programs. SAV scans memory and disk at boot-up, applications at launch, and files on opening.

Windows XP Professional (Windows1 - Windows10)
This revised iteration of Microsoft's NT/2000 operating system is a stable platform for launching user applications.

Windows Vista Business (GAL11 - GAL13)
Don't be frightened. Behind the window dressing, Vista has much in common with XP and better security. It's still pretty much the same point-and-click interface.

ZoomText (Windows1 only)
Combining a text-to-speech synthesizer with a screen magnifier, ZoomText makes a PC more accessible to a visually impaired user. After activating ZoomText from the Windows desktop, the user can adjust the screen magnification, the reading rate, and the manner in which the parts of the screen are selected for conversion to speech.
