A Bigamist’s Daughter, by Alice McDermott, is the selection for a book discussion, which will be moderated by Gloria Weinrich, on Wednesday, March 18 at 10:00 AM at the Garden City Public Library. Alice McDermott is a New York Times bestselling author and National Book Award winner. According to Newsweek, A Bigamist’s Daughter is a "wise, sad, witty novel about men and women, God, hope, love, illusion, and fiction itself.”
