Read a Book about Winter

Winter began December 22, so get ready for the season by reading some books about winter. We have nonfiction books about winter, such as Winter, by Kay Barnham and Are You Ready for Winter? by Sheila Anderson. We also have chapter books about winter, such as Winter of the Ice Wizard, by Mary Pope Osborne; and Gabriella: The Snow Kingdom Fairy, by Daisy Meadows. Picture books and easy-reader books include Annie and Snowball and the Wintry Freeze, by Cynthia Rylant; Chaucer’s First Winter, by Stephen Krensky; and Winter Is the Warmest Season, by Lauren Stringer; plus many more.
